School Development Plan
Each year, our school publishes its School Development Plan Strategic Plan which outlines priorities for school improvement. These priorities are identified through our school self-evaluation which involves analysis of pupil performance and progress data and the monitoring of the quality of teaching and learning and are approved and monitored by the governing body.
The Strategic Plan gives an overview of our five key School Development priorities with key outcomes for each area. From this we then produce detailed action plans for each priority area showing what actions will be completed by key leaders and areas of the school.
