ECO-Warriors

The current Eco warriors will remain in post until Christmas then next year children will be invited to do a presentation and two children for each year group will then be selected. Throughout the year they are involved in local, national and school initiatives relating to improving our school environment (for wildlife and ourselves) and reducing our environmental impact.
A big part of the Eco Warriors role is to continue to improve and develop the outdoor areas for whole school use and to bring environmental issues to the attention of the school and wider community. Click on our Eco Logo below to learn more.
Litter picking, gardening (KS2 only), energy saving, waste reduction, monitoring, habitat development and environmental art are just some of the activities that the Eco warriors are involved in.
